Ernie's Magic Shapes is an educational game designed for children ages 3 - 6 developed by Children's Computer Workshop. Featuring Ernie from Sesame Street, the game presents a variety of shapes to the player who needs to match them up from a selection of other shapes.

Gameplay

Ernie, dressed as a magician, is able to use a magic wand to conjur up a shape which appears above his head. A second shape appears on the table next to him and players need to indicate if it matches the first shape. If it doesn't, another shape will appear until eventually one does match. Correct answers add the matching shape to a picture, and if players answer incorrectly Ernie shakes his head and players can guess again. Once the complete picture is formed, a rabbit appears on the screen and hops around. Six skill levels are included with the game; On the easier levels, only the shape or the color need to be matched. More difficult levels may require both shape and color to match and include more complex shapes.
