Regional Differences

The same game for the same platform released in different regions around the world may have some differences. Reasons for the changes are varied; this may include changes to a brand or character to take advantage of local cultural differences or due to censorship requirements. The changes may be only cosmetic in the form of different graphics or sound or could also include larger content changes such as an altered story or added/missing elements.
