The Pro Audio Spectrum is an 8-bit stereo sound card first released by MediaVision in 1991. It features two Yamaha YM3812 (OPL2) chips for stereo FM synthesis. Additionally, it included a DSP chip for stereo digital sound capability with a sampling rate of up to 44.1kHz, a CD-ROM interface, and a MIDI/game port.

The Pro Audio Spectrum is fully compatible with the Adlib Music Synthesizer card, however it is not compatible with Sound Blaster.
