Roland RAP-10

There are 12 games documented on PixelatedArcade supporting Roland RAP-10.
Roland RAP-10 is part of the category Sound Hardware Supported.

The Roland RAP-10 (Roland Audio Processor) is a sound card featuring General MIDI compatibility with a built-in MPU-401 MIDI interface along with 16-bit, 44.1 kHz stereo digitial sound. The board did not include FM synthesis (or FM emulation) and the digital sound capabilites were not compatible with other boards such as the Sound Blaster, so games needed to provide direct support for the RAP-10 for digital sound to work, or the board would provide MIDI sounds and music for any game supporting General MIDI. The synthesizer used by the RAP-10 is the same as the Roland SC-7; while the sounds are very similar to other Roland boards from the era, it does not feature any of the extra sounds such as those provided by Roland's GS sound set found in the Sound Canvas.
