Monster Math for the IBM PC
Monster Math for the IBM PC

Monster Math is a simple math game released by IBM in 1983 for the IBM PC and PCjr. In the game, a monster shows math problems on the screen; the player's goal is to type in the correct answer to make the monster disappear. Each correct answer makes just part of the monster vanish, and incorrect responses leave the monster in place. The game lasts for one minute, and when time is up the player's score is shown. Various options are available allowing players to select the type of problems they wish to solve (addition, subtraction, division, multiplication, or all mixed together) as well as the difficulty.
